T.O. and the Bengals...will they or wont they?

OchoCinco started calling for it even before the SuperBowl. Carson Palmer said he's "all for it". Now it looks like the Bengals front office might be on board is well. NFL sources have confirmed that Terrell Owens will be visiting the Cincinnati Bengals on Tuesday, March 9th.

Owens is 36 years old, but keeps himself in the best of shape. He's still one of the best receivers in the league despite his off field issues (and obviously there have been many). But love him or hate him, nobody can deny and T.O. and OchoCinco on the same team will make for "must see TV".

What do you think about this possible move? Good for T.O.? Good for the Bengals? Or will everyone end up losers in this deal?

  1. While I don't agree with a lot of his actions and don't think he's always the best teammate, it looks like he and Chad are bffs so maybe they would be happy together....for 1 season.

  2. Yeah I think thats the key thing. He always behaves himself for a while, and never caused a problem during his first year in Philly, Dallas, or Buffalo.

It's a good situation because the Bengals have Andre Caldwell and he could end up very good. Matt Jones is only 26 so if he's able to turn things around then he has a few good years left too. Plus we'll draft another receiver in the 1st or 2nd round of the draft this year. Having T.O. for 1 year works out nicely to give our young receivers another year to groom.
